BUILDING CONFIDENCE AND PERSONAL RESILIENCE Workshop

Tuesday 30 July 2024      10am-12.30 pm   Venue:  Lower Hall Methodist Church, Tavistock PL19 8DX

Are you working or volunteering in a non-profit community organisation (including possibly as a Trustee or Committee Member) based in West Devon?  This workshop will focus on skills, habits, and practical tips for how to feel more resilient and confident when workloads get demanding and life feels hard to balance. It will include practical solutions for reducing overwhelm, suggestions designed to help you communicate your needs, how to make the most of failures, and more. You’ll leave with some easy to implement changes in the way you work and an increased sense of confidence in your ability to juggle the inevitable and the unexpected!

Jess Holliland is a coach and business consultant with 10 years’ experience in the purpose driven sector. She is passionate about supporting people to develop habits and skills that help them to be more resilient and to feel confident in themselves and their decisions.
