Are you looking to find a job within Devon’s community and voluntary sector, or are you an organisation with local opportunities to advertise? You can now do so on Devon Connect!

Devon Connect’s new Jobs vacancy activity type enables voluntary and community sector organisations to promote their salaried or paid job positions on their platform. Previously, it was only possible to use Devon Connect to promote unpaid voluntary opportunities.  

To make finding paid positions on Devon Connect straightforward, the new Jobs vacancy feature is accompanied by a corresponding page that exclusively displays paid opportunities advertised on the platform. Live job vacancies will also be visible alongside community listings, volunteering opportunities, and upcoming events in the platform’s main activities search.

If your organisation would like to share paid opportunities, simply select the add a job vacancy option when adding an activity and fill in all necessary fields. VCSE organisations that are based in and for the benefit of people in Devon will be able to advertise their Job Vacancies free of charge.

 VCSE organisations who would like to advertise paid vacancies but do not meet both criteria should contact Devon Voluntary Action for more information.
